1. Our Philosophy

[cite_start]Because our provisions (including soaps, balms, and signature oils) are personal care items infused with raw natural elements[cite: 1, 10, 28], we maintain a strict yet fair framework for returns to protect the hygienic integrity of our products and the sovereign wellness of our community.
2. Botanical Products Return Policy
We accept returns on physical goods under the following criteria:
- Time Window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
- Pristine Condition: Due to hygiene standards, items can only be returned if they are entirely unused, unopened, with the security foil/wrapping intact, and in their original packaging.
- Exclusions: Custom botanical prescriptions or seasonal specialty batches are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a defect is present.
3. Booking & Session Cancellations
For our 30-Minute Express Alignment and 60-Minute Full Alignment Journeys, our time block commitments are exclusive:
- 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to change your virtual session (Zoom/WhatsApp), you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot to get a full refund or free rescheduling.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to join the virtual room, are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received at our sanctuary and checked by our quality team, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing cycles.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during transit, or if there is an error in your order delivery, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the package. We will expedite a complimentary replacement batch to you without any extra delivery charges.
6. Initiate a Return or Reschedule
